Sex & Nudity

- A foursome is strongly implied, but it cuts away before we see any actual sex or nudity. Two girls kiss and take their shirts off (they are wearing bras) and climb on top of two men, then it cuts away.
- Mild sexual dialogue.
- A woman is sitting topless at a mirror, we see a brief shot of her bare breast from the side.
Violence & Gore

- Extremely graphic and bloody violence, mainly in the 2nd half of the film.
- A man getting his head blown off with a shotgun,
- A guy getting sliced up with an axe before being pushed onto a spinning saw and lots of blood sprayed.
- A man's Achilles tendons being graphically snipped, and a woman's neck getting bitten open (blood flushes from her wound).
- There's a particularly intense scene where a man hides in what turns out to be a large steam oven. Another man sees this and bolts the door from the outside, turns it on, and we see the man being scalded and then boiled alive, while yelling, then when the door is opened, his still-conscious body falls on the floor and there is a shot of what is left of his cooked, melted face.
- At the end, the victim bit the neck of the woman and a piece of flesh can be seen spitted out.

- At least 30 uses of 'fuck', several of 'bitch' and 'whore', and 2 of 'pussy' (most of which are not used gratuitously). Handful uses of "faggot."
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Two guys get high.
- Some heavy drinking.
- The pregnant victim is seen drinking a cup of what appears to be strong liquor and asks for more after the first shot.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The Achilles' tendon scene is extremely hard to watch. Very graphic and disturbing.
- The whole film is gruesome and intense. Some of the deaths are disturbing/upsetting.
