Prayer Life is an engaging, satisfying film that deftly blends a strong, religious message with a very timely corporate suspense. It features a smart, intricate storyline that's punctuated with likable characters--and a few not-so-likable, but invaluable nonetheless. Walter Maxfield Jones is brilliant as "Philip"--a young attorney who unwittingly finds himself defending an innocent woman (Diana Villamonte) in a high stakes, high profile white collar case. And in doing so, he also finds God--with the aide of his persistent, Christian wife (Chante Bowser). Nitin Adsul plays the complex "Prem Bir", an ambitious young executive caught between an opportunity of a lifetime, and a moral obligation to do the right thing. Terrific performances from a multi-talented supporting cast ensure that Prayer Life is a memorable film experience.
