Michael Scofield is locked inside the SHU. He starts hitting the wall in order to get locked inside psych ward. His hand is all bloody but in the next episode it shows no injury at all.
When T-bag and C-note plays poker, a card is unintentionally flipped up so you can see what it is. T-bag is then forced to deal a new card. That card is the Ace of spades. But in the next shot, where C-note picks it up, it is the two of diamonds.
The 100 dollar bill Charles Westmoreland aka D.B. Cooper gives to Michael to prove his identity is minted in 1972 (as T-Bag mentions in episode "Bluff"). The D.B. Cooper hijacking took place in November 1971, so the date of that bill couldn't have been from the ransom.
Mexican is holding 2 seven of spades when C-Note bluffed him. There should not be 2 of the same card in a proper poker deck.
After Geary is fired and is walking out of the jail, he stops and talks to Bellick. At the bottom of the screen you can see something round and white, but neither Geary nor Bellick are carrying or wearing anything white. This is the blimp of a boom mic. A blimp was used to cut down on wind noise because they were outside.
