We shoulda seen it coming when Free Fire, the latest from UK madman Ben Wheatley (Kill List, High-Rise), was announced to be having its "European" Premiere at BFI London in October. That's code for "It's headed to Tiff!" Indeed it is, and as the Midnight Madness opener no less. As the full Midnight Madness lineup dropped today and oh boy is it another good one. Adam Wingard's Blair Witch entry will be there as well as the 'Mo Bros. (that's Kimo Stamboel and Timo Tjahjanto) with their much anticipated Iko Uwais-starring Head Shot. Here's the full list: The Autopsy of Jane Doe André Øvredal, USA, World Premiere Tommy Tilden and his son Austin run a family-owned morgue and when the Sheriff brings in their next...

"Justified" has come to an end. Yesterday, I published some overall thoughts on the series. Tonight, I have an interview with Graham Yost about who lived, who died, and why, and I have a review of the series finale coming up just as soon as we identify the worst possible ice cream flavor... "We dug coal together." -Boyd Given all the plates left spinning at the end of "Collateral," Yost — who wrote the finale with longtime "Justified" writers Fred Golan, Dave Andron and Benjamin Cavell — could have very easily gone to FX and requested 90 minutes or more in order to properly wrap things up. Instead, "The Promise" clocks in at only a few minutes longer than average (there was at least one episode last season that was longer than this), and it all but concludes the season's many intersecting plotlines by the halfway point, even putting on "You'll Never Leave...

Iris (Brittany Snow) has returned home to take care of her sick younger brother after the death of their parents, but while her heart is in the right place it’s a place without a bank balance. When she’s introduced to a businessman named Shepard Lambrick (Jeffrey Combs) who offers to solve all of their financial concerns if she comes to a special dinner party, plays a little game and walks away the winner, she’s forced to wonder how far she’ll go to salvage and save what’s left of her family. That’s how most charitable foundations work right? Kills There are eight contestants, and since it’s a game of elimination it should surprise no one that there are nine kills. Wait, what? Ills Head shot, bloody back from whippings, exploding hands, razor-sliced eyeballs and more. Lust No sex or nudity, but Sasha Grey sits in a chair all scowling and sexy-like...

Earlier this year, the new action flick Bullet to the Head, formerly known as Head Shot, had some issues locking down a director after The Warriors and 48 Hrs. director Walter Hill replaced Wayne Kramer on the film after creative differences. But now we have a first look at the film starring Sylvester Stallone as a hitman who teams up with a NYC detective in a high-stakes investigation that leads from devastated New Orleans all the way to the power corridors of Washington, D.C. If memory serves correctly, this is the first time we've seen Stallone wield an axe, and that may be villain Jason Momoa facing him. See it below! Here's the first look at Sylvester Stallone in Bullet to the Head courtesy of ComingSoon: Bullet to the Head is directed by Walter Hill (The Warriors, 48 Hrs.) and written by Alessandro Camon (The Messenger) with Sylvester Stallone playing a...

We hope you're sitting down, because we've got an announcement that will blow your mind: Rambo is going to fight Conan.
Oh. Em. Gee.
Tthe battle that action movie fans have been waiting for for three decades is about to happen -- sort of -- as Latino Review is reporting that Jason Momoa, the star of the upcoming reboot "Conan the Barbarian," has signed on as the villain in the latest Sylvester Stallone vehicle. Place your bets.
For those who are keeping track, Momoa is in the middle of a major winning streak; besides headlining the new "Conan" franchise, the gigantic Hawaiian actor also just starred as the beastly conqueror Khal Drogo in the wildly popular HBo fantasy series "Game of Thrones." So the guy is on a roll.
Now, though, he's going to be facing off against a foe even Conan would be wary of: Stallone, who reportedly will...

Later this this year we'll see him spilling blood as Conan the Barbarian, but over the past couple months, Jason Momoa has also been an epic bad-ass on HBO's fantasy series "Game of Thrones." Now the actor will play a straight-up villain as Latino Review reports that Momoa has been cast in the villain role for the action flick Head Shot. Though the project is apparently now untitled, it's based on a graphic novel called Bullet to the Head and has Sylvester Stallone leading the film as a New Orleans hitman who teams up with a Gotham cop (reportedly played by Thomas Jane) to take down the killers of their respective partners. Their mission of revenge leads them from the dingy back alleys of New Orleans all the way to the power corridors of Washington, D.C. Originally set to be directed by Wayne Kramer, the ...

Megan Fox is ready to return to comedy, this time to lend a hand in Sacha Baron Cohen's dictatorship.
According to THR, Fox and John C. Reilly will be making cameos in Cohen's latest flick, "The Dictator." They will be joining Anna Faris and Ben Kingsley in the movie, which tells the heroic story of "a dictator who risked his life to ensure that democracy would never come to the country he so lovingly oppressed." "The Dictator" is set for release on May 11, 2012.
After the jump, find out what films Jennifer Lopez is circling, who else joined "Snow White and the Huntsman" as dwarves and what project Jason Momoa has decided to star in.

It'll be Conan vs. Rambo as Jason Momoa, the hot star of the 'Conan the Barbarian' remake, has reportedly been cast in the role of villain Keegan in the upcoming Sylvester Stallone/Walter Hill film.
The film, formerly called 'Head Shot,' is about a New Orleans hit man (Stallone) who teams up with a New York City cop to take down the killers of their respective partners. Momoa, also seen as warrior king Khal Drogo on HBO's 'Game of Thrones,' will be their main target.
'Punisher' star Thomas Jane was first chosen by Hill for the role of the tough city cop, but, according to AICN, Warner Bros. decided to recast with someone more "ethnic" in the part. No one has been mentioned to replace Jane at this point.

Joe Lynch (Wrong Turn 2) is hard at work on his follow up called Knights of Badassdom. We've posted a few treats and images here and there but today we have a good one for you that I call a "Head shot" no pun intended courtesy of Lynch's daily blog.
Kob stars Summer Glau, Peter Dinklage, Ryan Kwanten, Steve Zahn, and Danny Pudi with a script by Kevin Dreyfuss. This is going to be a fun film!
Synopsis:
"After being dumped by his sexy girlfriend Beth, Joe (Kwanten) reluctantly decides to join Eric (Zahn) and his LARPing (Live Action Role Players) friends in the woods rather than stay behind and feel sorry for his newly single status. There he meets hot, ass-kicking, intimidating LARPer Gwen (Glau), and finds himself plunged into a surreal adventure wilder than he ever imagined when a make-believe wizard casts an all-too-real spell from an ancient book.
