When Elle and Morgan arrive at the motor vehicle wreck, the police vehicle that pulls onto the scene behind them reads "Tennessee State Police." There is no law enforcement agency in Tennessee that uses that name. It would either be the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, or a local police department. (However, it is possible that the show was not cleared to use any of the actual law enforcement names.)
In the beginning, as the man is eating, he pours his red wine then mentions that they are missing scotch and how it would go well with the "nice, juicy porterhouse" as he cuts into his steak, which is clearly not a porterhouse. It is most likely a filet, given it's size and the elegance of the setting. A filet, when attached to the bone along with the strip steak on the other side, are part of a porterhouse.
If you look closely at the beginning, when the man eats, the fork is empty as he pretends to eat steak.
When the SUV crashes into the pile of logs the car's horn continues going off but the driver is leaned back in her seat, not laying on the wheel.
When the agents are talking at the command center for the first time there is a mirror image map of the USA in the background.
