- Over the top sexual innuendos in this episode.
- Both the A-plot and B-plot are related to sexuality.
- Kenny's parents attempt to get pregnant, even though no sexual activity is visible, other than some light innuendos.
- Cartman unknowingly attracts pedophiles through his internet messages. There are many innuendos/double entendres involved, such as Cartman replying in ways that can be perceived as sexual, or a man saying that he is "eight and a half inches", referring to his genitalia size (Cartman instead misconstrues this as his actual height).

- Kenny's dad gets hurt a lot in this episode where he breaks his nose at a ride, defecates and nosebleeds in a trashcan and drinks an abortive substance causing him to have side effects in fact the ending scene is the most disturbing where he goes to a room with a bunch of pedophiles who rape him while he is screaming.
- Kenny gets ran over by a car at the end
- Kenny throws a baseball into his father's groin. He falls down in pain and vomits briefly.
- A part of the episode involves Kenny trying to perform an abortion on his mother (see Sex & Nudity).
- Characters are thrashed about and launched in the air on a ride called The John Denver Experience. This is a reference to the real life death of John Denver, who died when he crashed an aircraft he had made. Kenny's father comes out harmed, with a nosebleed. He also ejects streams of blood from his nose into a trashcan, albeit comically.
- Kenny has a dream sequence where his mother is in labor, about to give birth. He is doused in amniotic fluid. The infant that comes out is a blood thirsty mutant with a disposition, covered in flesh and blood. He then decapitates the nurse and the doctor with his claws. Blood and gore are shown. He then jumps on Kenny and stabs him in the face with his claws, killing him in bloody detail. Arguably the most violent scene in the episode, despite obscured by some details and camera angles, and highly cartoonish.

- God is used in a religious exclamation 10 times.
- Milder insults, such as dumb, fat, stupid and schmuck, are used around once or twice, some mixed in with the curse words.
- A French character says "sacre bleu" 3 times. In the context used, it is a French version of "goddamnit".
- Several jokes related to crude humor and bodily functions appear.

- Most of the episode is gross and messed up in its own merits, yet it has proven to be enjoyable for a wide audience.
- None of the episode is intense or frightening, but can be rather disgusting for more sensitive viewers.

Sex & Nudity
- Kenny takes drastic measures to prevent this from happening, and later, to abort to child, such as injuring his father's groin, buying abortion pills, attempting a miscarriage, and chasing his mother with a plunger (often used to perform abortions). Much of this is detailed. However, none of the attempts work in the end.
- Cartman meets up with 2 men. Neither get to have sex with him.
- NAMBLA, an organization dedicated to legalizing homosexual pedophilia, appears in the episode and explain their sexual motives to Officer Barbrady, as well as use Cartman as their "poster child". This includes him having pictures of him taken in a G-string by NAMBLA members, and also inviting other children to the organization.
- Later on, the men detail their liking for the boys, slow dance with them and take them to their personal rooms to have intercourse with them. The children escape from the sexual encounter, and attempt to run away from the men. They are all fully naked, but their genitals are not visible. Eventually, they gang rape Kenny's father instead, offscreen, and briefly.
Violence & Gore
- Kenny's father gets gang raped by members of NAMBLA offscreen. He survives and is taken to the hospital in pain .
- Kenny gets squished by an ambulance and dies. His face is rearranged with the tires squashing his face, and some blood is shown. The scene is very quick, however.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- Kenny prepares an alcoholic drink for his mother. Since she is pregnant, she refuses to drink it and his father takes it instead. However, the drink contains abortion pills in it, causing him to vomit and defecate cartoonishly .
