- Maggie takes a job masturbating men through a glory hole to pay for her grandson's medical treatment. There are numerous scenes of her performing. Excepting a couple of split-second glimpses of a prosthetic penis, all that is seen is her putting lube on her hand, arm motion, and grasping at tissues to catch ejaculate.
- The sex club includes a stripper's area. During several walk-throughs, dancing women are seen topless, wearing thong bottoms. A mural in another club shows naked women and some stylized erections.
