A defiant fighter Palaemon finds in Xena the prefect target to lift his stature as the man who defeat Xena, such thing needs a wise plan, the Palaemon previously kidnapped Gabrielle for money purpose bought for somebody else, also having in mind to push Xena for a challenge, on the fight Xena randomly clashes against a oil bag stay a losing eyesight steadily, thus Palaemon postpone the fight due doesn't want any edge whatsoever, in other hand Xena wants find out the whereabouts of Gabrielle that was delivered to priesthood Apex that planned straighten up Gabrielle also give manners by a gentle Vidalus to offer as bride for the local King, Gabrielle doesn't want marry a man which she wasn't in love staying a reluctant bride.
