Chuck Norris and Danica McKellar had previously worked together on the film Sidekicks (1992).

The grocery store employee informs Walker that the car they are seeking has Louisiana license plates. When Walker and Trivette are driving away from the grocery store, the dispatcher informs them that the car with Louisiana plates has been located. However, when Walker and Trivette are chasing the car, the car has Texas license plates.
