A criminal shoots three of Walker's tires on his truck. When the criminal is removing the radio, one of the tires that were previously shot at and deflated are now inflated.
The gun used to shoot out the tires on Walker's truck jams partially open (the barrel is partially exposed) after the third tire is shot, yet the actor fires it a fourth time into the radiator. It was clearly a prop gun with the sound effect added later.
Alex mentions Interstate 76 (I-76) as a development project. U.S. Interstates are numbered from south to north in ascending order, i.e. I-10 is in Texas and I-90 is in Montana. I-76 in the west connects I-70 to I-80 in Colorado and Nebraska, it is nowhere near Texas. The highest even numbered (east-west) Interstate highway in Texas is I-44.
