Walker receives a plea for help when a woman named Frances tells him how her husband, Billy, never returned home last night. Upon meeting Billy's probation officer, a man by the name of David Kilmer, Walker suspects something is very wrong, and with some investigation it's learnt that Kilmer is a corrupt officer who uses cons to do some nefarious actives - robbery. He threatens all his parolees if they don't accept the job. Billy is the one who said no when Kilmer told him to rob from his workplace ...

Walker helped Billy get a job so this case is personal - you learn in this episode that Walker rehabs certain young criminals, helping them to live a clean life, so he doesn't just dishes out roundhouses indiscriminately - well, he does a few of those and some of other cool moves like a judo throw and some ground work. There's some good drama, investigation...

Here we have yet another terrific episode of Walker Texas Ranger in which we see Walker and Trivette duel it out with released parolees and a corrupt Parole Officer.

"Spoilers" The story begins with Walker winning an annual rodeo event and attracts the attention of several beautiful women. Walker and Trivette spot a robbery going on and they get into a shoot-out and bring the robbers down. The next day while Walker is giving Trivette riding lessons (he wants a piece of the female attention as well), he gets a call from a straightened out parolee wife who is worried because he didn't show up to work the previous night. Walker arrives and finds she is being harassed by her Billy's (the husband parolee) parole office Dave Kilmer, Walker intervenes and knocks Kilmer to the ground and he then identifies himself as a P.O. Walker and Trivette begin to find out that Kilmer is dirty and is connected to a lot of the robberies that have been occurring in the city, including the one at the beginning of the episode. We soon find out that the reason Billy didn't show up for work that night was because Kilmer had wanted him to gather a team and rob the place he is working at and he refused and that is when Kilmer threatened to kill him as he does all of his parolees if they don't participate in these crimes. Kilmer soon sends his goons to kidnap Billy's wife and kid to get Billy to come to him, Walker and Trivette soon find out where they are located and Walker takes Kilmer down, beating his ass again. Episode ends happy at C.D'S bar and grill and then at the ranch where Trivette is still trying to learn how to ride a bull but ends awry for him.

Highlights of the episode:

1: Walker and Trivette hilariously interrogate one of Kilmer's parolees for the location of the kidnapped wife and kid, refuses to talk, and Walker and Trivette bring a bag with what sounds like to be a snake and they scare the parolee half to death in a hilarious way but after spilling his guts, it is revealed that it is just a rattle, the parolee was not pleased.

2: Trivette is gathering some materials he thinks he might need for the rodeo, Walker suggests a jock strap, Trivette is already ahead of him and throws one of his jockstraps into Walker's hand to which Walker reacted hilariously.

3: Trivette showing frustration to constantly having to uphold the law and sometimes wishes he could let loose.

Great episode, C.D and Uncle Ray were awesome as usual, Walker and Alex bicker a little but it's cute, Trivette was comedic as usual trying to learn how to ride a bull, and the guest stars weren't bad either.
