Perfectly encapsulates the classic dry-ish humour of early trailer park boys well before Netflix came in and everything was just about saying the word "weed" as many times as possible and Ricky falling over.
No offence to the boys getting their bag with season 8+ but they just aren't writers and the classic episodes quality compared to the lowbrow random humour of new TPB really shows that.
There is also some great heart-warming moments that early TPB is also fantastic for. Guest stars are funny and suit their roles well. The one liner of Hampton asking Bubbles if he can read is hilarious but simultaneously creates fantastic character development for Bubbles when Ray later defends him as being the "sharpest" guy in the park.
Also, we get Ellen/Elliot Page. What's not to love?

So many 1-liners! Uncountable great scenes! K-Rock vs Randy had me rolling for about 2 solid minutes.
this is one of my favorite episodes, and i have seen all of them. although it is one of the episodes where ties are strained between ricky, julian, and bubbles, it all comes together in the end. and i think that if u watch the episode u will agree there is a lot of room for laughs..my fave parts..
-when rickys dad ray is explaining how he purchased a bible from the seller, and ricky asks "dad, have u been drinkin?" and ray responds "just a little" ..because then when u view the scene with the knowledge that ray is drunk it makes it that much sweeter.
-also, when the bible pimp asks ray "is that bubbles character crazy?" and ray responds "bubbles? no, man, hes the sharpest guy in the park" lol it puts a smile on this girls face
