Norman reluctantly makes contact with an old flame when he and Jesse discover that her research lab is involved in the development and Black Market sale of powerful attack laser weaponry.

A better than average episode which stars Charles Napier as a villain who has taken over a lab, vetoing anyone to pass a barrier where the top scientist is. Norman gets more screen time here beyond his knobs and switches and screens and shows a little emotion with his ladylove. He gets more heart warming bantering time with Jesse, and the scenes aren't ramped up with Street Hawk scenes - there's more variety, more snooping . Check out the huge car wreck where a stationwagon went flying off a mountaintop.
