Kim's mother says that Captain Janeway "sounds like a lovely woman," implying that the two women have never met or spoken; however, in the pilot episode, Janeway mentions that Kim's mother had called her before Voyager left Deep Space 9.
Admiral Paris reports the weather in San Fransisco to be cold and rainy. Then, when the live view of Earth is seen, there is no cloud cover over San Fransisco. The weather most likely would be cool and sunny.
No one mentions the case involving Commander Data from the Enterprise several years earlier where he was determined to be a sentient being. Due to this ruling, there should not have been a need to have a hearing to determine if the Doctor had control over his holo-novel.
When "Tulak" is called into the ready room to take the EMH(Neelix) to the hololab there is white tape on the floor to tell the actors where to stand.
At 11 minutes and 45 seconds on the floor of Sick Bay it's clear that the tape used to tell actors/actresses where to go is seen.
Seven of Nine's aunt claimed she had visited the aunt's home at age six; however, in Dark Frontier (1999) the EMH claimed that Seven of Nine was four years old when her parents departed on their Borg research mission.
Captain Janeway congratulates Lieutenant Barclay for the first intergalactic com link; however, it is not the first one. The first one was in Pathfinder (1999) when Barclay breaks into the lab in order to do just that.

There is no reason for Seven of Nine to cut off the Doctor's conversation just because his "time is up." There is apparently no one waiting to use the communications behind him.
When the Doctor is speaking to the publisher, there is no reason he should not be granted privacy (as should any crew member speaking to the Alpha Quadrant), yet Seven of Nine skulks in the background, eavesdropping the entire time.
