When deciding on a plan for how to treat Elaine, Burt and Danny conflate two titles into "Kiss Me Shrew": the musical "Kiss Me, Kate", and its inspiration, the Shakespeare play "Taming of the Shrew".

Goofs
In the bedroom scene when Danny rips off Elaine's dress, the dress color is coral, and Danny rips the dress off with both hands. In the end of the show recap, the same scene shows Danny ripping off the dress with one hand. It's most definitely a different take. The dress may be different, as it looks darker in the recap.

Zany beyond belief.

Danny decides a new course of action for Elaine, he begins an onslaught of compassion and kindness, insisting that nothing is good enough for his bride.

Tim's mother continues to cause mayhem for her son and daughter in law. Chester faces an anxious wait.

I'm just addicted to this show, another hilarious installment, huge credit to Susan Harris, the writing was spot on once again.

I wondered how they were going to get around The Chester situation, they handled it brilliantly, and of course it was pure Soap.

Plenty of amusing moments here, first of all, seeing Danny doing his best to get rid of Elaine, very funny, she's an absolute nightmare.

Jodie and Carol's lunch was another very funny scene, good to see the same chef back, his reactions were even funnier than the last time.

9/10.
