The simpsons episode I laugh the most at

Is this The Simpsons most creative episode? No. Is it the shows most well written episode? Certainly not. The plots not really complex. It's an episode pretty much where Bart takes medication drugs, gets super smart, then becomes out of control. Sounds rather simple, doesn't it?

However where this episode does display off its radiant charm is through it being absolutely hilarious. In fact, it may be my opinion alone, but to me it's one of the show funniest.

It has so many memorable humorous lines such as:

-"Bart: Thanks for coming out here mom.

Marge: No, thank you for stopping the tank!

Bart: It ran out of gas!"

-"Homer: My god is she brave. Standing up to that freaked out.

    junkie.

Lisa: Dad, that junkie is your son!

Homer: Why don't you just tell everybody!"

Along with so many others. So even though I know there are many better made Simpsons episodes, I still just genuinely love this one.

    Psychotropics pandemic

There are many episodes of The Simpsons that create school. They are those that you cannot rewind, those that have scenes and concepts that accompany you from here on out. This is one of them. One of the first serious signs of the psychotropic pandemic that was ravaging those born in generation Z. Behaviors that in Millennials and previous generations could pass for character or temperament, were suddenly a disease. Bart, in his immersion in this new fashion, reveals how little we know about the side effects of these practices. The jokes of the episode are hilarious, they are excellently connected and create a frantic rhythm in which the viewer cannot help but want to know more about the future of Bart and Homer's reactions to his crazy things.

    Nervous Bart

One of the weaker episodes from the strong part of the series. There's a bad and a good side to the series; the worst from the bad side are like nightmares about the beloved series, while the best from the bad side are merely tolerable. Among the good episodes, the weakest are good but lacking, and the best are excellent or comedic masterpieces. I've noticed that on IMDb, the episodes from the good side range from 7.5 to the highest score, which is currently 9.3.

This episode aims to satirize the 1990s trend of prescribing neurological medication to hyperactive children. I, having lived through the early 2000s as a child, experienced the negligence of those wild neurologists of that era, who believed my attention deficit was natural and prescribed me a pill that gave me headaches every day.

Thus, Bart gradually starts behaving like "Nervous Ron" from GTA V due to a side effect of his attention deficit drug, causing him to become increasingly focused to the point where he thinks he can use over 10% of his brain at once.

It's an engaging plot that adds a believable exaggeration to his new drug. The issue with the episode is straightforward - there have been much better episodes in the series. Although this one is fine, it might feel boring if you're accustomed to watching the stronger episodes of the series.

    • Trivia
The episode title is a play on "Mother's Little Helper", a song by The Rolling Stones, which in turn is a euphemism for certain prescription drugs believed to be commonly used (or abused) by middle-class women in the US and UK in the 1960s (such as barbiturate sleeping pills, amphetamine diet pills, and benzodiazepine tranquilizers).
    • Goofs
Bart asks the family to close the door to his room. You hear the door slam shut, but in the following shot, the door is wide open.
    • Quotes

Principal Skinner: I'm afraid I'll have to expel your son

      Marge Simpson: [gasps]

Principal Skinner: Unless you're willing to try a radical, untested, potentially dangerous...

      Homer Simpson: Candy bar?

Principal Skinner: No. It's a new drug called Focusyn.

Marge Simpson: A drug? I know Bart can be rambunctious, but he's not some hyperactive monster.

[Bart appears outside the window, dressed as a cheerleader]

Bart Simpson: Gimme an F! Gimme an art!

Principal Skinner: Good Lord! He's gotten into the pep closet!

Homer Simpson: I'd say he's coming out of the pep closet.
