- Elaine and George are fascinated to learn that a massage from a physical therapist can be claimed on health insurance if they have a doctor's note. - Jerry's therapist Juliana (Terri Hanauer) becomes paranoid and thinks Jerry is insane when he makes some casual remarks about a small boy who was kidnapped in Pennsylvania. Juliana has a 5-year-old son herself and did not like the questions Jerry was asking. Jerry says he could be the kidnapper and asks where Juliana's son stays during the day while she is at work. Jerry tells Elaine that Juliana is not just a masseuse, but a physical therapist. Her services are covered by insurance, if they get a doctor's note. Jerry suggests that he could get the note from his dentist Roy, who is also Jerry's friend.
Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld), George (Jason Alexander), and Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) get a free physical therapy massage by getting a note from Jerry's dentist Roy (Ralph Bruneau) to present to the insurance company.
George becomes very uncomfortable when he finds out that his therapist is a man Raymond (Jeff Lester). George wants to switch masseuse with Elaine, but she is afraid that things might get uncomfortable for her, and she refuses to switch as her therapist is Juliana. He tells Jerry that he thinks 'it moved' during the massage and starts to have doubts about his sexual orientation as he believes movement caused by a man is failing the "gay test". Jerry assures him that his penis just wanted to change positions causing it to shift and that he would only be gay if stimulation was a result of contact.
Meanwhile, Kramer (Michael Richards) claims he saw Joe DiMaggio in Dinky Donuts, but the others do not believe him. According to Kramer, DiMaggio was a very 'focused' eater-the same way he used to play. Jerry says that if Joe wants a Donut, he goes to a fancy restaurant and not a smelly and stinky fast-food chain. Kramer claims that Joe is a Dunker and Jerry says that he cannot imagine that.
In Roy's office, George becomes uncomfortable when Roy repeatedly asks for George's opinion of Evander Holyfield. George says, "I mean, he's a nice guy and a good fighter, but I don't LIKE him." This builds on George's insecurity about his own sexuality.
Roy gets into trouble for passing around fake massage notes. He is under investigation for Insurance fraud. Roy tells Jerry & George that all will be OK so long as the masseuse go along with the story and testify that the massage was required for a dental problem.
Meanwhile Juliana refuses to give any more appointments to Jerry. Juliana cuts him off as she was offended at Jerry's kidnapping remarks from the previous appointment. When Jerry tries to meet Juliana, to explain this to her, she freaks out and thinks that Jerry wants to kidnap her son. She files a police complaint & Jerry gets a 6-month probation.
The episode ends with the four eating in Monk's and viewing Joe DiMaggio dunking his donuts, though DiMaggio's face is never seen. George then says, "You see? Now that is a handsome man!" Jerry and Elaine raise their eyebrows. Kramer tries to break DiMaggio's concentration by banging the table and yelping.
