- Jerry Seinfeld: The pilot comes on with his little announcements. "I'm going over this. I'm going over that. I'm taking a left. I'm bringing it up. I'm taking it down. I'm going right. I'm going this way. I'm going that way." And we're back there, "Yeah, that's all fine. Just do whatever the hell you gotta do. I don't know what the hell is going on." Do I bother him? Do I go knocking on the cockpit door? "I'm having the peanuts now. Just thought you might like to know what we're doing."
- Estelle Costanza: [George is sitting across from the doll that resembles his mother at Monk's and imagining that he can hear her voice coming from the doll's mouth] Georgie! Don't eat with your hands. Why do you eat so fast? You can't even taste it!
- George Costanza: Don't tell me how to eat!
- [Other people at the restaurant begin to stare at George]
- Estelle Costanza: You're wearing that shirt? You've had it for five years now! Why don't you get a new shirt?
- George Costanza: Because I like this one!
- [Noticing other people staring at him, George gets up and leaves, taking the doll with him]
- George Costanza: Come on, let's go. Let's go!
- [On his way out, George passes Deena]
- George Costanza: Oh, hi.
- [George walks past Deena and leaves the restaurant]
- Deena Lazzari: [to Ruthie, the counter woman] That man should really be in a sanitarium.
- Jerry Seinfeld: It's because of her that bottle got broke that I was going to give to Charles Grodin on his show.
- George Costanza: So call her up and tell her to bring you another one. She'll be delighted to talk to you.
- Jerry Seinfeld: [while opening his cereal box] I will - don't worry.
- [Plotting his revenge]
- Jerry Seinfeld: In fact, I'll have her bring up a whole case of the stuff. It'll be really heavy. Let's see if she likes sitting on a plane with a big box on her lap!
- Elaine Benes: That's sounds pretty juvenile.
- Jerry Seinfeld: [Pulling out his toy prize from the bottom of the cereal box -smiling] Hey! A dinosaur!
