First episode that grabs you, since the pilot.

It clearly found its pace, and the script really takes you. Characters are more developed, and the conspiracy thickens perfectly, leaving enough room for each viewer's interpretations. There's also hints at interesting dynamics. Only knowing how the series unfolds, it can be a bit frustrating to picture. And unfortunately, the lack of Colorblind playing during the last minutes of the show, really takes away from Liz's closing voiceover.

Liz's journal gets missing
Araliya30 April 2010
The fifth episode of Roswell deals with Liz Parker's missing journal that contains all information about the incident in Crashdown café and the aliens in Roswell.

While Liz tries to find out what happened to her journal, Michael's thoughts are occupied by strange vision he had earlier.

While the episode has again many scenes for Liz and Max (they are cute as always), the big plot is running background. This episode wasn't really special but worth watching for the main plot. I liked the episode yet it left me thinking why Liz writes that journal when she obviously doesn't want get her alien friends into trouble and is very protective about the matter.
