Beverly gets into an accident and arrested because of driving drunk. She has to go to an AA meeting and realizes there that she is an alcoholic. She decides to quit and Roseanne makes everyone not drink alcohol near her. Which is especially hard on the day of Superbowl, so Dan, Jackie and Fred still get drunk.
I would have never thought of Bev being an alcoholic. I am not even sure we saw her drink that often. But they made a fun episode out of it. I especially liked Leon at the AA meeting. Another fun moment was Beverly talking to Darlene. When she said that a woman of the 90's should worry about herpes it was great.
