The faculty wants to encourage kids to stay in school, a former dropout Mchelle Scott, who is now a famous pop singer, is asked to speak at the school.

Pete is a bit annoyed that Michelle did some jokes on TV about dropping out, but convinces her to do the speech. Liz becomes jealous when Pete starts spending too much time with Michelle.
