"It doesn't matter what you eat. You'll always be old... old Ted." ~Brian

Gale Harold is simply perfect as Brian. I can't say that enough times. In this episode, he has a few cute moments with his baby son Gus when Lindsay goes away for the weekend, he comes out to his father after he's informed that his father has cancer, and he faces lots of conflicting feelings about his father. Michael and David seem to be getting kind of a bumpy relationship when David's son comes over. Ted also wants to take it to the wild side after he gets interested in S&M. Emmett and Justin aren't given much to do, but the few scenes they have are pure gold. Great episode, with a fantabulous performance by Gale Harold.

Now an episode on father issues, which I liked.

I don't really understand what all the fuss about Brian leaving Gus with Justin for a few hours was. How is it different about Lindsay leaving it with him? He left it with someone he trusts. and Lindsay should just shut up, she keeps on using him and Mel and is always complaining after

I loved the story about Brian coming out to his dad. Many great moments. And the ending when Jack holds his grandson and Brian picks up the picture is absolutely touching. Well done.

I also loved the storyline of Michael meeting David's son. It was very well though and made. I liked to see Michael's insecurities about meeting his boyfriend's son and how it went on and he realized the problems the kid had with his father.
