This is a Halloween episode and it's not bad. A ten year old case is revisited where a beautiful woman leaped from a window. It was ruled a suicide but there are questions. Even though there is some decent evidence people begin to stand in the way, including the continuing idiot of a mayor. I was getting down on the series but this worked pretty well. I also enjoyed a secondary plot where pranksters are perpetrating a cruel joke.
