Plot Summary

Frank Hellner, an engineer with Innobotics Corporation, has been working on components for a secret project for some time. His boss, Charlie Rogers, finally lets him in in the big secret and introduces him to their newest creation: a very attractive and sexy robot companion they call Valerie 23. Frank fits the profile for their target market - single men who require assistance like Frank, who is bound to a wheelchair. Frank has has some considerable difficulty relating to her as anything other than a machine even though she has been programmed to feel the full range of human emotion. As their situation develops, Valerie grows jealous of Frank's relationship with his physical therapist, Rachel Rose and is prepared to do whatever it takes to get what she wants. Written by garykmcd

Goofs Frank is wearing a blue/blue shirt/tie combination at work the day he takes Valerie home but is wearing a black plaid/red combination at dinner that first evening. Next day, at the 9 am briefing, he's wearing that same black plaid/red combo. At dinner that second night, he's changed to a red-blue plaid/blue combination. If these aren't goofs, then it appears that Frank dresses for the next day before dinner the previous night. See more »
