- Jessica gets involved when her niece Victoria is believed to be connected to the murder of her lecherous boss.

- Jessica visits her niece Victoria Griffin and her husband Howard. Victoria now works at an advertising agency run by Larry Kincaid. Victoria works hard while her husband tries to establish himself as an actor. The Kincaid agency is trying desperately to renew one of their major accounts with the Corned Beef Castle restaurant chain. They're not the only ones out to get the account with Kincaid's rival Leland Biddle and Biddle's ambitious account executive Christine Clifford out to snag it as well. When Kincaid is found bludgeoned to death in his office, it's Victoria who is charged with murder. A corned beef sandwich is the vital clue that leads Jessica to the killer.—garykmcd
