Marilyn needs a car and Herman buys a lemon from a shady used car salesman.

Gorshin (appearing on Batman as the Riddler that same year) plays Fair Deal Dan in this OK episode. The car he sells to Herman turns out to be stolen and Herman ends up in jail. Funniest scene is a fast motion one as Dan and his gang pack up their used cars and make a getaway.
