Mr. Reed suspects U.S. track star Mike Roberts (Jim Creech) has been kidnapped in advance of the international track meet. Stanley is tasked with taking a Power Pill to impress with athletic prowess and be kidnapped by the same foreign agents who took Mike Roberts and lead them to him. He completes amazing feats and is approached by vivacious agent Christina (Ziva Rodann) who takes him to her apartment. He outwits her attempts to drug him, but is stopped at gunpoint by the other agents and learns the location of Mike Roberts. But, can he find the location before his power wears off?
