Monk's hand is covered with wax when they open the coffin in the first shot. In the second shot, his hand is in a different position and clean, and the smile on his face is much smaller.
Mr. Monk refuses to remove his shoes, claiming he's never barefoot, and doesn't even know what his feet look like. He was seen barefoot previously, including Mr. Monk Gets Married (2004) (S2:E15), where he's walking around the room in the marriage counseling center, and in Mr. Monk Gets Fired (2004) (S3:E4), where he's walking in the living room talking to Sharona about a job interview.
When the coffin lid is opened to find Monk, there is melted wax from the candle on his hand. The following shot of him still in the coffin shows no wax at all.
When Monk is adjusting the cinder block that's about to be smashed, he doesn't truly get it centered. In the next scene, the block has moved an inch or two from its previous position.
When they open the coffin, the candle is melted all over Mr. Monk's hands, but in the next shot, it's a brand-new candle and his hands are clean.
Natalie is trying to get Monk to pay her expenses and says "This is my cell phone bill. All these calls [She points some out] are from you." You don't pay for incoming calls. (She could have meant "You made all these calls." but, if so, she would have said that.)
Sonny Chow's wooden coffin is clean (except for dirt sprinkled on top) and shiny after being buried for several years.
In the original murder victim's home, Disher exclaims that the victim has a Blu-Ray of a Chow film, but holds up a VHS tape.
No, he says that the victim had a bootleg copy of the film. Bootleg, not Blu-Ray.

Monk is hit in the face with a shovel hard enough to knock him unconscious. In the next scenes, he shows no blood on or injuries to his head.
When the supposed Chow breaks into the author's apartment and chases him, the victim closes two French doors with glass panels. The assailant uses nunchakus to break the glass, and there is the sound of glass breaking. However, when the camera cuts back to the doors, the glass in them isn't broken at all.
In the author's apartment, Captain Stottlemeyer inserts the security tape into the VCR and they can play it on the TV that it sits on. The VCR is shown from the back, and it's not connected to the TV; only the power cord trails from the back.
The three police cars that intercept Chris Downey's pickup truck aren't using their lights or siren when they cut him off.
Monk says "Croatia is a new country. It didn't exist until 1992." It did exist as an independent country before that but was a region of Yugoslavia at various times (1918-1941 and 1945-1991). While he might have been referring to Croatia's Declaration of Independence, that was still June 25, 1991. At the time in question (1985, when the Sonny Chow movie was made), Croatia was part of Yugoslavia so a hairbrush from then should have said 'Made in Yugoslavia'.
