During Carrie's dream sequence of Mac being run down by the "phantom car of death", a very brief clip of an approaching forklift that's just about to "ram the camera" is seen, interspersed with the "speeding phantom car" footage (both dreamed images show a "killer vehicle" just on the point of striking its quarry). This seemingly-unrelated "additional flash of premonition" correctly predicts one of the events yet to come in Mac's life, and is shown in the subsequent MacGyver episode "Partners", where Murdoc uses the junkyard's huge forklift to crush the taxicab that Mac and Pete are inside of, prior to his loading it onto his box-trailer. A pity that Carrie didn't think to tell Mac about this additional "flash from the future", also, or Mac might have been forewarned of his and Pete's impending doom when he went to the junkyard to meet Pete.
The "Moloch" missile used is actually a Chaparral surface-to-air missile.
Moloch was originally the name of one of the pagan gods of ancient Israel, to which the people would sacrifice their children.
