Katie Tolliver: [When Rebecca takes Katie to have an abortion] Is it gonna hurt?
Rebecca Tolliver: No, Katie, it won't hurt.
Nurse: You'll be asleep, honey.
Katie Tolliver: Mom says I snore.

Elliot Stabler: Ms. Tolliver, with all due respect, who are you trying to protect here?
Rebecca Tolliver: If you're saying that this is about my guilt...
Elliot Stabler: I am not saying it's your fault that Katie was raped.
Rebecca Tolliver: Everything bad that's happened to Katie and to me, it's my fault because 22 years ago, I chose to have a child with Down syndrome rather than to have an abortion, and it destroyed my marriage. She's my whole life and I have to protect her.
Elliot Stabler: Then make sure this doesn't happen to her again. Let us talk to her at the day center. We'll make it so she's comfortable, she's familiar with the surroundings.
