Snooping Amanda Bellows and jealous Jeannie

"My Master, the Swinging Bachelor" finds Amanda Bellows in typical snooping mode, wondering how a bachelor like Major Nelson could gain weight on his own cooking. With Dr. and Mrs. Bellows virtually inviting themselves to dinner on short notice, Tony wants Jeannie out of the house on the evening in question, when an old flame, Kathryn Golato (Bridget Hanley), has been hired to whip up an Italian dinner. Naturally, Jeannie sees Kathryn trying to drum up romantic feelings from Tony and allows her jealousy to spoil the evening. Just when dessert appears out of nowhere to rescue a bad night, Charles Fakeling (Woodrow Parfrey) shows up in Dr. Bellows' office, unable to identify a single ingredient in the cake that was responsible for making the dinner guests behave like children. This time nothing is resolved, the whole thing ending on a typical sight gag.
