In this episode, Ilene says shes "turning the big 3-4", but when she first met Al, she said she was 36.
Al would never have been allowed to market his own game with the Tool Time name on it. He did not have ownership rights to the show nor did he own the legal copyright to the name.
Al offered "double your money back" guarantees if people were unsatisfied with their Tool Time game. When it was discovered the games caught fire, Tim commented that Al would lose "double his life savings" if he had to refund all customers. This is wrong since Al had already invested his life savings in creating the game, he would then have to spend 2 times his savings again to refund everyone's money based on his "double-your-money back" guarantee.
