It's nice that they actually went back and addressed the issue of Kim moving out by having this episode revolve around the fact that Lucy has decided to take in a boarder. It's these small details of continuity that help make Here's Lucy's last two seasons my favorite of the series.

Jackie Coogan appears as his standard old crusty curmudgeon character, and the friction between him and Lucy provides most of the comedy. I am not too crazy about the plot device of having Lucy pretend to be in love with him so he will leave but at least the writers have Mary Jane plant the seeds for the scheme in this one, something different.

The best parts are Lucy's anger at the rental agent (Rhodes Reason) for having assumed she'd be ok with a male roommate, and the hilarious scene where a prospective boarder (Reta Shaw) is "dissuaded" when Harry does a suggestive bump-and-grind dance.
