The actual Mongolian currency is called the togrog. Mr. Thorpe refers to the currency as the dung, to set up the joke "the dung (i.e. manure, feces) has fallen".

One last episode of the show, and it was a solid if unspectacular addition to the 'Are You Being Served?' canon, though perhaps a bit of plot repetition crept in in the second series.

This spin-off deserves more attention though.
