    Idk

I didn't really get it. Not much really made sense. It was also a rather annoying episode as well. Usually there is some kind of conclusion but it also ended as though the writers didn't have a storyline when they started writing so they didn't have a good way to end it. It so far is my most disliked episode ever. Also since my review has to be so many characters and I pretty much already covered what I wanted to say I'm just going to have to keep typing until I meet said requirements for said review. That being said I'm almost at said requirement so basically I'm just filling space at this point.

    Reality bites

Being a teen is hard, but if your lucky, your attic may just transport you into an alternate reality.

    Randomness

I had about 40-45 of the 62 Goosebumps books. Don't Go to Sleep wasn't one of them, so I can't compare, but this episode was always like some weird fever dream guest starring Don Cherry. Not exactly sure where they were going with it.

    A strong story

The 20 minute adaptation is already good that I wish this could've been one of the 40 minute specials.

      Matt Amsterdam: Mom?

Laura Amsterdam: What is it honey, I'm in a hurry.

Matt Amsterdam: I was wondering if I could move my room to the attic?

Laura Amsterdam: Where'd you get that idea?

Matt Amsterdam: Well, it's just so my room is so small and I'll get more privacy up in the attic.

Laura Amsterdam: No, honey, don't be ridiculous, it's out of the question.

      Matt Amsterdam: But why?

      Laura Amsterdam: I said no.

Matt Amsterdam: [he throws the towel] That's not fair! How come I never get anything I want? Greg gets to stay up late, Pam gets her own phone line!

Laura Amsterdam: Look, honey, I know it's frustrating, but you won't be twelve forever. Pretty soon you'll be able to do everything your brother and sister are doing.

Matt Amsterdam: I don't want to be twelve. I hate being the youngest.

Laura Amsterdam: Sorry, that's the way it is. That's reality, Matt.
