Some very important buildings are blown up. CONTROL suspects it's the work of Rex Savage (Michael Dante), an art gallery owner, and Max and 99 are sent to his gallery to collect information about him.
99 introduces herself as rich art patron Melissa Westbrook with Max as her chauffeur.
Nitro paint! Vibration paint! Great ideas and a very good entry which stars Michael Dante as a villain art collector- he has designs for 99 and wants to be rid of Smart who is masquerading as a chauffeur and butler !! The blue picture gag with the fly on it was funny! So was the lovers lane scene with Smart toting a dummy.
