When Max is shot in the bottom, he's confined to his apartment while he recovers. Fortunately his apartment is right across from Greer Industries, where secret government formulas are being stolen without a hint of how. So 99 is assigned to go undercover as Greer's receptionist while Max keeps an eye on her (and Greer's sexy personal secretary!) through binoculars.
Greer discovers 99 is a CONTROL agent and plans to kill both her and 86 and have them watch each other die through the window.
This parody of Hitchcock's "Rear Window" works great. Adams does some inspired physical comedy while Barney Phillips provides a good deal of menace as Greer. The opening sequence is also very funny as Larabee and the Chief try and capture a KAOS agent who's holed up in a house they have completely surrounded.
