Around 14:30 Niles has already seated himself but when the shot cuts to Frasier Niles can be seen on the side of screen still standing and cleaning his table with a handkerchief. When it cuts back Niles has been seated and holding his coffee.
The egg timer Frasier uses to time his conversation with Martin is a common "Lux" kitchen timer. It needs to be wound past 30 minutes and then set at the appropriate time. But Frasier only sets it to three minutes without the necessary pre-winding.
When the Cafe Nervosa waiter brings him his coffee, Niles says, "Mille grazie," Italian for "Many thanks." His pronunciation, however, is incorrect. He leaves off the final "eh" sound of "grazie," saying "grat-see" instead of the correct "grat-see-eh." The sound "grat-see" in Italian doesn't mean anything.
Frasier's (Kelsey Grammer) egg timer is inaccurate. His 3-minute conversation with Martin only takes 2 minutes.
When Eddie is on the chair staring at Frasier (Kelsey Grammer) when he's reading the newspaper, and Martin (John Mahoney) is coming out of the kitchen, you can briefly see the dog's trainer's hand in the upper right hand of the screen.
Frasier tries to stay in the radio booth for peace and quiet. Bulldog kicks him out because his radio booth isn't functioning. Frasier easily could have used that booth instead of running all over town.
Halfway through the show, Frasier (Kelsey Grammer) is sitting on the couch with a book & says to Daphne (Jane Leeves), "I'm in the middle of a very exciting chapter", there is a wide shot and the boom microphone drops into the shot from just above the bathroom door.
When Frasier and and his dad leave the kitchen to go to the table and have a timed talk, the boom mic can be seen just in frame for about 1/2 a second overhead before raising out of frame.
