Easy Way Out

Suddenly all the lawsuits are taken care of---just like that. Frasier again has the hots for his young, attractive lawyer. He is such an ass and yet these beautiful women keep going out with him. He has so much money; he even hired a butler. But when the lawyer bills him extravagantly, he goes nuts. Of course, instead of just telling her he is upset, he sends her a nasty e-mail. Oh, well.

Frasier the womaniser

I tend to avoid the episodes involving frasiers antics with woman.. For a guy apparently hard up for a date he does well.. Considering every woman he dates is gorgeous and after sleeping with them, he finds a way to ditch them.. In this outing our almost 50 year old frasier manages to date his stunning 30 year old lawyer. Then sends her a nasty email because she billed him for the legal work she did for him.. He knew she was a high priced lawyer and wanted the best.. Seduced her and then sends her a bad email over the bill.. Its still a funny episode, niles and Martin always managed to carry the plot along.

Legal Tender Love and Care

Without running the risk of repeating myself - this is another perfectly decent episode of 'Frasier' from the eighth series (aka once the golden period was over).

It's fine, it moves along quite nicely, with some good laughs along the way, but the whole Donny plot wasn't great, and it felt like we've seen Frasier in similar dating scenarios before, and done a bit better.

There's a lack of 'oomph' about 'Frasier' in these episodes I've reviewed from the eighth year so far. A sense that good ideas aren't being realised fully, and there's something missing.

Maybe it's because they can't find anything really for Roz to do, or are conscious of not over showing Daphne as Jane Leeves is visibly pregnant.

Either way this is another decent but unspectacular episode.

Hard to watch Daphne...

Warning: Spoilers
I know the actress was pregnant, but the writers should have done it better. This way, it looks sooo awful watching 55kg Niles next to 100kg Daphne. Plus, Daphne is always dressed like Herr Flick of the Gestapo. Worst episodes of the show.
