Buffy breaks her leg sliding into home while playing on the stick ball team, the family tries everything to cheer her up.
A very memorable and entertaining episode. The family had been planning to see the circus in town but now Buffy can't go. Bill decides to bring the circus to her. Mr French acts as ring master (using a Cockney accent). Jody is a clown and Cissy an acrobat. They also manage to bring a baby elephant into the apartment. One of the funniest scenes is French bringing the elephant into the building elevator. At one point the elephant steals some peanuts from a little boy (played by Brian Forster, who was the second Chris on "The Partridge Family").
