- Marie doesn't want Robert to end up alone, so she invites Stefania to America. But she comes with her father.
- Robert gets a surprise visit from Stefania, the woman with whom he fell head-over-heels in love when the Barones vacationed in Italy. Robert's excitement over having his beloved, and stunningly gorgeous, Stefania so close quickly gives way to annoyance when he is witness to a few of her idiosyncrasies. Meanwhile, Stefania's father, who has accompanied her to America, has his own change of heart with respect to his feelings for Robert.
- Stefania (Alex Meneses), Robert's Italian girlfriend visits from Italy with her father. Marie had asked Stefania to visit to cheer up Robert, who has been alone and in need for company. Debra is not sure if Marie should be pushing Robert in Stefania's direction, but Marie is very sure of herself and says that she knows what Robert wants.
Robert is ecstatic to see Stefania, but terrified when he realizes that she came with her father Marco (David Proval).
Robert and Stefania start spending all their time together. Robert takes her to mini golf. Stefania makes every seductive move in the book to get close to Robert and says that she loves hot dogs. Robert initially likes it, but then realizes that she is annoying. She keeps poking Robert (which she thinks is playful and seductive) and won't stop even after Robert asks her to. Robert tells Stefania the story how Ray used to poke him all the time as kids, and that's when Robert started hated poking.
Frank takes the entire family, plus Marco and Stefania to Nemo's for dinner. Stefania's father loves America and buys Nemo's to settle down in Long Island. He even starts to like Robert. Ray says that Nemo might not sell the pizza place, but Marco is sure that Nemo would want to sell. Marco has a firm, sinister, Godfather like vibe to him. Marco thanks Robert for taking care of his daughter.
Robert tells his family that he doesn't like Stefania anymore. Frank says that Robert should never let go of her. Ray says that Robert and Stefania are going too fast and asks Robert to slow it down, thus giving them time to get to know each other. Robert tells them that he doesn't like her poking him all the time and finds her annoying. Frank says that Stefania could hit him in the head with a hammer and he still would not care. Robert says that the more time he spends with Stefania the more he realizes that he shares almost no chemistry with her. Marie suggests that Robert might be gay. Debra tells Robert that he needs to talk to Stefania and try to work on their issues together. Robert says that he is too afraid of Marco, to say anything negative to Stefania. Debra says that then Robert has to break up with Stefania as that is the only decent thing to do. He should not string her along.
Stefania comes to Robert's place with an intention of having sex. She is hot and heavy and has a super sexy body. Robert resists all temptation to tell her that he should not lead her on, and that they should break up as he finds her annoying. Stefania doesn't really understand the word annoying, but then Robert takes the time to explain, and she storms off. Stefania says that she was wrong to come to America as Robert was not even man enough to call her, and it was Marie who invited her.
After the break-up, to avoid Stefania's father's wrath, who had a Godfather like quality to him, he lies to him that he is gay.
