The story of the wounded police officer and his son having to make an important decision was very intense. I feel pretty bad for the kid and he was obviously doing the right thing as this is what his father would have chosen. It is very irritating how his mother forced her opinion on him, disrespecting his view and right. And it is sad how Ray left even though he promised him to be there with him, guess he learned his lesson. I wonder if anything will be changed about it or if the story is over.

Luka dealing with the situation of Sam's child was pretty good. I loved him telling it to her and the smirk he just couldn't control. As well as when he talked to the boy. I kind of enjoy this relationship story on the show.

I kept thinking that there was going to be a twist, which never actually surfaced. It's probably my imagination but it felt like the policeman that shot his colleague and his ex wife were rather friendly. I was ready for someone to catch them plotting their next move. It probably was just an accident but the policeman's reticence at allowing anyone to have a look at his wound at first, and the ex wive's angry and anxious over ruling of her son's decision is what made me come to this conclusion.
