This episode has two stories that I found especially good. The one is about Scott not getting a bone marrow match and agreeing to do chemo that doesn't have much chance. Doug tells Jeanie he did it for her and she has to tell the boy he should make his own decision. He ends up deciding not to do it. This is a pretty heartbreaking story as one feels for all the characters and it is great how they went on with it. The acting and dialogue is so great with bringing us all the feelings and thoughts about the situation.
Another great story that I am sure is not over yet is Dr. Morgenstern making a mistake in the operation and blaming it on Dr. Benton. It is pretty well done because the patient who dies is very important to Morgenstern so it adds to him not wanting to accept that responsibility for his death. As well as Peter being confused and wondering at some point if it was indeed his own fault.
