Carol finally gets her babies and it seems to be getting as complicated as it could be. She already starts with her contractions on the subway, luckily Luka is around to help her out a bit. And she ends up passing out. And the dilation is too big when she arrives so she has to deliver the first in the ER. And then she also needs a c section. Basically the writers managed to put every problem there is. This is also what made it so exciting and full of action. Mark is a great friend, this episode shows this again. and was funny how she didn't want Carter to deliver her baby.
