Given that the nurses are just coming back from their "one-day illness," this episode presumably takes place a day or two after the last one ended. Unless he was Jewish, there is no way the patient that died from Carol's mistake would already be buried. Even if, by some great effort of speed and efficiency, he were, the ground around his grave would surely show indication of a recent burial. Also, one would think that the cemetery worker--who said he thought "this was where the last mass burial had taken place"--would remember something that had to have happened only hours earlier.
