In the episode they all deal with their struggles. The big patient story is a Mexican girl that has been abducted and brought to America and was the damaged girl. It is great to see Abby how she is helping her out. Getting in touch with her family to assure the girl that she is still loved and sneaking her out of the hospital to make sure she gets home fast instead of going to foster care. I like Abby this way.
Carter is really struggling with the loss off the relationship. Is great acting once again. While Luka and Sam move forward. I am actually happy for them.
And Neela has trouble with deciding what she wants to do in life. I kind of get her parents more here. After all those years of medical school she now needs to figure out if she wants to be a doctor?? What??? After all the time and money invested one would think she would have figured it out.
