Peter is struggling with finding a job because Romano has been talking against him. He may move to another city or having to suck up to Romano which he doesn't want to. Pretty well done story, love Romano as an evil guy in the ER, but I was feeling so bad for Peter and really didn't want him to deal with it. Will be interesting how it will go on from now on between them.

The scene where the patient of Carter is shot right in front of him is absolutely mind blowing. Very well done action as well as really great acting.

The story of Luka and Abby was pretty well done and dramatic as well.

There was one goof at the end.

There was one goof towards the end when the assailant was rolled into the trauma room ems states it was a GSW to the head. It actually was not a GSW as that means gunshot wound which would mean that's Luka had shot him. It would actually be multiple blows to the back of the head or can also be consider as head trauma instead of GSW.

Benton got what he deserved. He purposely harmed the hospital. He has no dignity, because he actually argues with a woman (Carla) to demand that he be able to take care of another man's son.

An Overview:- Dr Benton & Dr Romano settle their personality differences with a barrage of nasty comments to each other. With Romano on the attack & Benton on the defence, Romano has the upper hand, so eventually Benton comes-a-crawling 'Back', to accept Romano's job offer.

Romano, a nasty character & Benton a serious dude who seldom smiles, both seem to relish taunting each each other.
