I do like Abby in this episode. Because of how she handled the situation with Kerry and also told her nasty parents in law to shut up. I feel pretty bad for Kerry, hope soon enough she will be able to destroy the opposition and return her son. Elizabeth is also very sweet here with her message, she really does care about people.
Abby also dealt very well with the complicated case on the woman who had seizures that were provoked by psychological fear of hurting her child because of as we found out after her actions lead to the death of her first baby, even though she didn't do it purposefully and was a battered woman scared of her husband. Abby should be more of a psychiatrist,seems to fit her well.
The lab guys are pretty amusing. Fun to see Kevin Sussman in his pre Big Bang theory times.
