The Face on the poster is a hilarious episode, it has some wonderful lines, and some genuinely funny moments, at times it feels as if the cast are laughing their heads off, and enjoying themselves, with acting as a secondary after thought.
The best sequences come where Mr Bluett is trying hard to take a photo of Corporal Jones for the poster, Harold Bennett is really centre stage here as the jobbing photographer, his timing is great and his delivery spot on, he would have stollen the show were it not for Clive Dunn, absolutely magical here, the part where he tries to avoid a mixup over mistaken identity hilarious.
Love it! 9/10
