Everyone is on this case....and it's "to be continued" next week.
"Assume Nothing" is another great episode of "CSI" to be continue. The plot is sexy and intriguing and when I appears that the case is resolved, there is a twist that will be probably resolved in the next episode. Unfortunately I have not seen the Third Season. My vote is eight.
Title (Brazil): "Não Assuma Nada" ("Assume Nothing")
Note: On 26 December 2022, I saw this episode again.

Captain Jim Brass: 10.35? You seem to be pretty sure about that.
Hotel Guest: Well I... I just ordered a pay-per-view movie and it was just about to begin.
Captain Jim Brass: Oh yeah? Which one was that?
Hotel Guest: [Hesitating] Am I get it on?
Captain Jim Brass: You mean Armageddon.
Hotel Guest: No. Am I get it on?
[pause, then gets it]
